I have been looking a long time for the perfect cheese enchiladas recipe. I don't want onions with my enchiladas i just want cheese and the sauce. I have looked on various recipe websites but most of them put onions and bell peppers and other ingredients. I just want a recipe like they cook in the restaurants.Please Help! Thanks :)|||CHEESE ENCHILADAS

1 doz. tortillas
1 1/4 lbs. grated cheese
1 tsp. whole leaf oregano
2 (12 oz.) jars enchilada sauce

To 1 pound grated cheese, add 1 teaspoon oregano and mix. Soften tortilla in hot fat until it begins to puff, then dip each one in hot sauce. To each dipped tortilla, add a portion of the cheese filler and roll. Place all the enchiladas, rolled and filled, in a pan. Cover with the remaining enchilada sauce and garnish with grated cheese. Place in oven and heat until cheese melts.|||If you want simple, buy corn torillas, fill with cheddar and jack cheese, cover with cheese, douse with a can of enchillada sauce, and bake until the cheese has melted|||Just soften the corn tortillas in a hot pan with oil. Pat them dry with a paper towel and then dip the tortilla into a pan with warm red enchilada sauce then stuff with a good cheese(asadero,monterrey jack). Roll the tortilla and place in a shallow baking dish. Top with extra sauce and cheese and then bake until melted.|||if you already know what you want or dont want on your enchiladas, just make them how you want. why do you need a recipe? baking time and temp, and how to actually put them together would be the same. just leave out what you dont want.|||隆Ay, Caramba! Chicken Enchiladas


Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup flour
1 pkg. 隆Ay, Caramba! Cheese Ball Mix鈩?br> 14 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
2 - 3 cups cooked cubed chicken breast
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 (6-inch) tortillas

Directions
Melt butter in a large saucepan, stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Add 隆Ay, Caramba! Cheese Ball Mix鈩? broth and water. Cook over medium heat until thick; stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Combine chicken, 1 cup sour cream sauce and 1 cup cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas. Roll tortillas around filling; place in a shallow greased baking dish with seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover; bake at 350掳 for 25 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.

http://tastefullysimple.com/web/dgoodacr鈥?/a>|||Make a enchilada casserole.Get corn tortillas,red enchilada sauce,cheeses,and meat(if wanted).Then pour a little sauce on bottom of dish.Tear up the tortillas and lay them over the sauce,add cheese and meat,then sauce continue til you have as much as you like.Then top off with cheese.Bake in 400 oven for 30 mins.Add salad and your good to go...
