IH Barcelona is a well recognised centre with an excellent reputation (I live in Barcelona)
Is CELTA worth doing? Definitely, if you want to teach English as a foreign language, want to learn the basics of the profession and want a recognised qualification likely to be very useful to you on your CV.|||International House runs good courses. I even considered doing one.
As to getting a job. Well, it makes things easier but Spain is full of unemployed people with good qualifications looking for jobs.
p.s The courses are not easy and require some work.
