These situations are not even remotely analogous. Stop trolling.|||International House of Pancakes has not been declared unconstitutional - though they should be with those new cheesecake waffles. Gross.
An activist judge cannot declare International Migratory Bird Day unconstitutional - the Federal Government has jurisdiction over immigration and migrant workers. However, I hear an Arizona judge may have something in mind...
