I think that its safe?|||International House is located almost on the Penn Campus. It is modern and nice. You always have to be careful when walking around near Penn. It's the same as all large US cities. Yes, there are a lot of Penn students and white people living there. There are people of all races living there. Yes, if you use a little sense you will be safe. By the way, white people commit crimes, too. Crime comes in all colors.|||Well its almost all Upenn students there (whether they are white or not has nothing to do with safety). The building is located on Upenn, which is a very safe campus. Off-campus, well, not so much. There are activities in the building, but also plenty to do around there.
