Thanks any suggestions please.|||First off enchiladas made with flour tortillas are horrible.
I did this by mistake once and it was really gross

I buy the small white corn tortillas
Mexican shredded cheese or Sharp/ Medium
cheddar - your preference
Green Enchilada Sauce

In a skillet warm olive oil.

In a pan line with green enchilada sauce

Dip flour tortillas in HOT oil for a few seconds
(this causes it to not tear and makes bendable)

drain on paper towel
sprinkle cheese on tortilla
wrap and place in pan open end down
Keep repeating until done.

**You may want to sprinkle a little green sauce
on the cheese before you close it.**

Pour green sauce over all tortillas and sprinkled
cheese on top.

Bake until done.
Garnish with sour cream and chives.

*Substitute red sauce if you prefer*|||You may want to try bettycrocker.com I do not have one myself and it looks like no one else on here has one either. sorry Hope it helps|||Me...I do! Here it is:

1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
3 cups shredded tace style cheese
1/2 cup each chopped green onions and sliced black olives (optional)
flour tortillas
red or green enchilada sauce (your choice)
sour scream

Combine the soup, cheese, onions, and black olives. Spoon mixture into tortillas, roll, and place in baking dish. Cover the rolled tortillas with the enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or so. Top with sour cream and enjoy!
