Hi can someone help me about the format of a resume?
Im planning to apply a job(more like scholarship) for mcdonalds on our university. they said i should make a resume
i have no experience, what should I put there? please dont give me websites. because they dont help at all.|||GCFLearnFree.org has free tutorials on how to write a resume: http://www.gcflearnfree.org/resumewritin鈥?/a> It includes instructional text, informational graphics, examples, and even interactives for you to practice what you've learned/actually apply what you've learned.

If you need additional help for things like writing a cover letter or how to prepare for an interview, there are tutorials for that as well: http://www.gcflearnfree.org/career

Hope it helps and Good Luck!|||1. Personal details - name, dob, address, contact details etc
2. Profile - a paragraph about you. Your personality, goals, work ethic etc.
3. Education - school results, current degree. Include a short paragraph about your degree - skills you've leant etc. if degree relevant to job include discussion about specific modules etc.
4. Employment - job title, company, dates of employment, duties etc
5. Hobbies and interests - team sports, notable personal achievements, play an instrument etc etc
6. Additional skills - any non-academic achievements, courses you've take (first aid, life saving etc). IT skills - include things like adobe, MS if you know how to use them.
7. References - I never include these on the initial application unless specifically requested - don't want to hand out referee details to anyone. Plus it will give you an indication of how well your application is going if employer later requests referees.

Make you resume look good. Format it using lines and bold fonts. Arial font looks good or Helvitica rather than times. Equalise paragraphs to get rid of jagged edges.

Good luck|||Easy CV question.
Please see the right hand column on the source page below. The first URl is one CV template.
