I'm looking for a fresh herb sauce that I haven't had the pleasure of discovering yet. Do you have a great recipe? Or maybe just know a name of a sauce that you order at a restaurant and don't know how to make it (that's how I found out about Chimichurri Sauce!). I'm particularly keen on unsual sauces from the Mediterranean/Middle East or South America.
