Is there a recipe out there that uses a lot of this sauce? It's just me so there's no way I can use all of it on just steaks or chicken. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.|||It should freeze well, if you like. Also, you can stir some into mayo and sour cream as a dip for veggies, crackers, etc. You can also thin it out with chicken or veggie stock, add some chopped meat, veggies, rice, etc and make a soup.

Good luck!|||Because of the high content of garlic, I don't think chimichurri will freeze well. I love to eat it on bread like a dip. You can also use it as dressing on potato salad -- add the chimichurri to warm boiled and cut potatoes. Eat warm or cold. So good|||Store it in the freezer for next time you want some.

Add it to a casserole.
