Does anyone know of an inexpensive yet really yummy restaurant in chinatown in DC?|||you didn't say if you wanted authenic chinese or the things made for American's like General Tso's chicken/Orange chicken.

All of the Chinese Chinatown Restaurants have lunch specials raninging from 3.95 to 6.25. The dinner meals are still inexpensive compared to chain places. I have eaten at almost all of the restaurants.

This is a short list:
Tony Cheng
New Big Wong
Chop Sticks
Wok and roll
Golden Palace
Schuezchan
Chinatown Express*** this place looks like a dump but has the best
handmade noodles, dumplings, my husband loved the duck--I've seen mixed reviews but I like this place!|||Check out Art and soul on capital Hill.|||I'd add Eat First and Full Kee to the good list above.

It is sadly telling that the better reviewed restaurants for Chinatown on foodie blogs (below) are not Chinese nor Asian.
