international house: im a junior in a small high school in ok. (16 peps in class, 4.0 gpa) and want to major in art. not quite sure what exactly but im thinking visual arts and that good stuff but my high school hardly offers any art classes, ( im currently taking a "humanities" class), and that really gets me thinking whether or not a college would accept me without having any good background.. i really love art, and also .. would it be worth it, to pay for out of state tuition, like go to RISD? are there even any scholarships for art? or should i just give up and flip burgers at McDonald's for the rest of my life? im really confused, any advice would be highly appreciated|||art is not the best career if you want to make real money...take it from me....i am an artist who graduated college. Take your time and find a career that pays big money like a psychiatrist or something or you will be sorry|||Art is supposed to be quite a competitive field.
