international house: Does anyone know of a GREAT pizza place within walking distance of UC Berkeley.... Specifically the international house? Maybe some places that are quick and easy just get in get out and maybe some that are like sports bar-type? any help would be great! thank you|||Depends on how far you want to walk, but within walking distance of campus in general, I'd vote for Fat Slice or The Cheeseboard. Fat Slice is on Telegraph just north of Durant. Definitely in walking distance of I-House. However for a real treat, the Cheeseboard is on the northern part of Shattuck, a few blocks north of University. Gooooooood stuff! It's not a sports bar, they're not open late, there's only one or two options per day (always vegetarian), t the pizza is delicious! If you are looking for a place to get pizza and watch TV near campus, you might as well hit up the Bear's Lair. Pizza's okay. Zachary's is better but too far to walk from I-House.|||There is only one GREAT PLACE and that's The CHEESE BOARD|||That would be Blondie's and fat slice for pizza|||fat slice is the best. it's right next to blake's, this awesome bar/restuarant that throws good shows. check it out. check out blondies too, they've got some kickass pizza as well.
